I have no idea what the previous reviewer is talking about with regards to the Finley Burger. It's easily one of the best burgers in Denver, and is ridiculously consistent. This is evidenced by the numerous reviews, and the fact that when you're there, pretty much everyone is ordering the burger!
Finley's is exactly what a neighborhood pub should be. Prices are reasonable, the food is excellent quality, and it's a welcoming atmosphere. Pete obviously strives for consistency of standards, and it shows. -

I was directed here by my son, who lives nearby. This is a local pub with a friendly feel and some great things going on. If you want a traditional Irish stout, they'll cover you. If you hanker for something else, they have that too. The Outer Range Hazy IPA is such an example. Add to that a fish and chips dish made with cod or salmon...that's right, salmon, and you're sure to have a happy tummy. The salmon version is their original and they only recently added the cod.
If you're in the area, check out Finley's ! -

I'd love to love Finley's. Pete is wonderful, the staff and service is great, and they have a fun rotating selection of beers. However, the cook should be fired immediately, and someone other than Pete should do the hiring: I've come here for drinks regularly over the past five, six, seven (?) years and have always been happy except when I've ordered burgers.
The Finley Burger is perfect in concept but a disaster in delivery: no one at this restaurant knows rare or medium rare. I ask for medium rare I get well done. I ask for rare I get well done. I ask the waitress to have the cook put the patty on the flattop, count to 10, flip it, count to 5 and plate. I get well done.
Unfortunately, I don't have enough foresight to eat before I go to Finley's or to order burgers as soon as I arrive--I like to have a few drinks and think about things, so by the time I order my blood sugar is dropping fast and I have to eat what they bring. That just means I can't send things back and hope the Chef eventually gets it right. If I could I'm pretty sure it would still take a few tries.
If you're looking for nice beers and good drinks, this place is great. If you want a decent "funny" sandwich, this place is great with the Irish Cubaño. If you want a burger cooked properly, go elsewhere. -

I really liked this place!
Met friends after dinner for drinks and tater tots.
YOU HAVE TO GET THE TATER TOTS!
It has a cool Irish vibe. This is a must go to if your looking for some good food and drinks. -

Mind blown!!!
My husband and I shared a bison burger and an order of wings. The bison burger was cooked to perfection and was juicy with a ton of flavor, it came with bacon, fried onions, and goat cheese. The flavor combination was out of this world! We ordered our wings naked with three dipping sauces. The wings were perfectly crispy and still incredibly juicy. Our favorite sauce was the blueberry serrano BBQ, but we also loved the habañero sauce, but be warned, it's spicy. Honestly the entire menu sounded very impressive. We'll definitely be back.
